Groups

Psychotherapy
Held within a trusting relationship, this personalised 1-1 support can enable deep exploration of an individual’s process to enable understanding of relational and existential wounds and grow towards a greater sense of self-acceptance, healing, and wholeness. This happens through talking, embodiment, and creative practices.
A powerful therapeutic practice that works with the body’s innate wisdom. Breathwork can be used on its own or alongside psychotherapy to help you: reconnect with your body and its needs; heal trauma, loss, or feelings of disconnection and transform patterns of dis-ease into healing and integration
